This contains registry changes and other things such as changing the background. Then after the 'Change OS Settings' group, I have one called 'Install Software' that takes care of things such as Adobe and Office.Kevin Fasonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03420059218370880001noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6854764465393226016.post-79426688300996203672016-08-11T07:30:37.334-06:002016-08-11T07:30:37.334-06:00Kevin, great stuff! You'll need to use the script or something like it to replace the taskbar. it will kill and restart explorer.exe negating the need to perform a second login.

To make IE as the default app for HTTP and HTTPS, just follow the link to Johans article.Kevin Fasonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03420059218370880001noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6854764465393226016.post-23490798049023320552016-04-20T11:06:10.786-06:002016-04-20T11:06:10.786-06:00Hi Kevin, thanks for the time and effort you put i...Hi Kevin, thanks for the time and effort you put into this writeup. I'm trying to make IE11 the default browser, including the only icon in the task bar after first login to Windows 10. I'm reviewing your fourth step and I'm not certain if the end result is a Windows 10 task bar without the Microsoft Edge icon, IE as the default application, and the Internet Explorer shortcut in the task bar, or if you require a second login.

Can you please confirm?

Thank you!
